Clinch Mountain Barn Quilt
Located in Thorn Hill, TN.
I Do not know anything about this quilt block, it does appear to be red white and blue with stars. And it appears from the photo that there are markers underneath the quilt block. I just got a picture of inside of the road I did not go up to it to see.
If anyone knows anything else please feel free to share I will update this post.
